We all have our own "cross" to bear, but no matter what that may be, it in no way compares to what Christ endured for each and every one of us. The shame, betrayal, pain, and agony were indescribable...and yet, during all of that, He expressed love, kindness, and compassion for others. And He brought to all mankind and left us with a promise and a HOPE that no one else could. The cross is empty...but so is the tomb! He suffered and died on the cross for you...and me...then He arose from the grave to live forever, and He offers every person eternal life with Him in a very real place called Heaven, a place where there is no pain, no suffering, no tears, no heartache, no death or dying. Thank you, Jesus!
