shhhhh!

I usually relish peace and quiet...

but sometimes

SILENCE

is so deafening and painful

it overwhelms me...

and I stumble over

all the thoughts 

that are scattered in my weary brain...
and I cannot control 
all the feelings

that are churning inside my aching heart...
